I build tools for AI coding agents, and a few things for home.
Right now that's mostly Switchboard, which lets one agent hand work to the others. Most of the rest runs on Cloudflare Workers and signs you in with a passkey.

← run_id r_7f3a · provider codex · own worktree

Switchboard
Lets one AI agent hand coding tasks to other AI coding CLIs.
It talks to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode and others over MCP. Each task gets its own Git worktree. If one provider runs out of quota, the work moves to another. Every run is logged to a local, hash-chained ledger.
A web frontend for your own Jellyfin, Emby and Plex servers. It's a single Cloudflare Worker, and video goes straight from your server to the browser. Friends get in with an invite link.
A private site for one family. It has recipes, a shared task list, countdowns, and a daily question two partners answer before they see each other's reply.
A media automation platform meant to replace Sonarr, Radarr and Lidarr with one system that can spread across machines. The core is an event bus, a module registry and a gRPC mesh, and it knows nothing about movies or TV. Downloaders, indexers, Jellyfin playback and the rest are separate modules, over a hundred repos so far.
